Clients that are looking into refinancing a home are timid and very careful (most of the time) with regard to who they choose as a lender.  People are getting more financially savvy and are listening in on what the Real Estate and Mortgage world is doing.  That’s not to say that they aren’t willing to listen to what you have to say, but you must make it worth their while and provide them with enough information to take them off the market.  Here are a few blog posts that I have released thus far with regard to client relationships in a refinance scenario:
